The shopping cart automatically creates your receipt. You can also view the purchase on the statement from your card provider or bank statement.

   All items are downloadable files (otherwise known as digital products). We have no controls over what is done with digital files so there are no refunds and no 'returns'. If you wish to try out a test template image/graphic, you may download those at no charge.The actual product files cost very little so you lose very little should you not be able to print or use the files. If you must get a refund, please use the contact form link.

   The site will launch soon and with only a few product options. More will be added as we can do so. If out of stock, then something was found incorrect and the files are being corrected...or are not available yet.

   The products on this site are digital (downloadable-printable airframe templates and graphic decorations) and are not 'shipped', instead they are downloaded to your computer and printed on your printer and paper. We are contemplating offering a printing service in tile-print form for those who do not have decent printers/pc. This option will appear as a separate product and can be 'shipped' to whatever address you wish. Shipping physical items is expensive and we must charge a price for the paper/ink and time to prepare the order for shipping....but it will still be very reasonable unlike expensive model plane 'plans'

   Please read and/or view the many free 'how-to' pages and/or videos in the info-boxes and info-links areas on the homepage. Building these high-performance but extremely inexpensive planes/airframes is easy, fun and are a blast to fly. Everything you need to know can be easily found in the info-boxes and links and at no charge. You can even print a 'test' airframe and graphic just so you can check your printer as well as learn how to print tile images.
